Delete Your Mandli Account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Mandli account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to request it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

1.How to request deletion

You can request deletion in either of these ways — you don’t need to be signed in to the app. Whichever you choose, please use the Google account you sign in to Mandli with, so we can confirm the request is really yours.

2.What data is deleted

When we process your request, we permanently remove:

Your profile — your name, email address, and profile photo, taken from your Google account.
Your mandal membership — the records of the mandals you belong to.
Everything you recorded — all the transaction, contribution, loan, interest, penalty, and expense entries you created.
Your notification device tokens — used to send you app notifications.

3.How long it takes

Requests are processed and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

4.One thing to check first

If you are the sole Chairman of an active mandal, you’ll need to transfer the Chairman role to another member — or end the mandal — before your account can be deleted. This keeps the group’s shared book correct for everyone else. Once that’s done, your account can be fully removed.

૧.કાઢી નાખવાની વિનંતી કેવી રીતે કરવી

તમે નીચેનામાંથી કોઈપણ રીતે વિનંતી કરી શકો છો — આ માટે તમારે એપમાં સાઇન ઇન હોવું જરૂરી નથી. તમે જે પણ રીત પસંદ કરો, કૃપા કરીને એ જ Google ખાતાનો ઉપયોગ કરો જેનાથી તમે મંડળીમાં સાઇન ઇન કરો છો, જેથી અમે ખાતરી કરી શકીએ કે વિનંતી ખરેખર તમારી છે.

૨.કઈ માહિતી કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે

જ્યારે અમે તમારી વિનંતી પ્રક્રિયા કરીએ, ત્યારે અમે કાયમ માટે દૂર કરીએ છીએ:

તમારી પ્રોફાઇલ — તમારા Google ખાતામાંથી લીધેલ નામ, ઈમેલ સરનામું અને પ્રોફાઇલ ફોટો.
તમારું મંડળ સભ્યપદ — તમે જે મંડળોના સભ્ય છો તેના રેકોર્ડ.
તમે નોંધેલું બધું — તમે બનાવેલી બધી વ્યવહાર, હપ્તા/ફાળા, ઉપાડ, વ્યાજ, દંડ અને ખર્ચની એન્ટ્રીઓ.
તમારા સૂચના ડિવાઇસ ટોકન — તમને એપ સૂચનાઓ મોકલવા માટે વપરાય છે.

૩.એમાં કેટલો સમય લાગે છે

વિનંતીઓ પ્રક્રિયા કરવામાં આવે છે અને તમારો ડેટા ૩૦ દિવસની અંદર કાયમ માટે કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે.

૪.પહેલા એક વાત તપાસો

જો તમે કોઈ ચાલુ મંડળના એકમાત્ર પ્રમુખ હો, તો તમારું ખાતું કાઢી નાખાય એ પહેલા તમારે પ્રમુખની ભૂમિકા બીજા સભ્યને સોંપવી પડશે — અથવા મંડળ પૂર્ણ કરવું પડશે. આનાથી બાકીના સભ્યો માટે જૂથનો ચોપડો સાચો રહે છે. એ થઈ ગયા પછી, તમારું ખાતું સંપૂર્ણ રીતે દૂર કરી શકાય છે.
