Privacy Policy
1.Who we are
Mandali (“the app”, “we”) is a digital record book for community savings groups (Mandals). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to the Mandali Android app and this website.
2.Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We never see your Google password.
- Profile information you provide: display name, address (address lines, PIN code, city, state), and language preference (English/Gujarati), collected during onboarding.
- Mandal records: the financial records of the Mandals you belong to — contributions, contribution multipliers, security deposits, loans, repayments, interest, penalties, expenses, payouts, join/leave events, and role changes. These are entered by you or by your Mandal’s admins as part of running the group.
- Records about offline members: Mandal admins may add members who don’t use the app (name and their financial entries). If you are recorded as an offline member and want your information corrected or removed, contact your Mandal’s Chairman or email us.
- Device and notification data: a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tied to your language preference, and basic device information needed to deliver notifications and keep you signed in.
We do not collect your bank details, card numbers, or payment credentials. Mandali records money movements; it does not move money.
3.How we use information
To operate your Mandals (compute contributions, interest, and loan schedules; sync records to members in real time), to send notifications you’d expect (payment windows, loan approvals, join requests) in your chosen language, to generate reports such as monthly PDFs, and to provide support. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4.Who can see your information
- Members of your Mandal, according to role: admins (Chairman, Vice Chairmen) see full records; regular members see their own details and permitted group summaries (some fund amounts are masked for non-admins).
- Service providers that host and run the app: Supabase (database, authentication, realtime sync) and Google Firebase (push notifications). They process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law.
No third parties receive your data for marketing.
5.Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Server-side access is restricted with row-level security so members can only reach the Mandals they belong to. The app’s local cache on your device is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but the app is built so that a lost phone or a stranger’s account does not expose your Mandal’s book.
6.Data retention
Your data is kept while your account is active and while your Mandals are running. When a Mandal is formally ended in the app, its records are permanently deleted immediately after the closing payout completes.
7.Deleting your account and data
You can delete your Mandali account from the web at any time, via our Account Deletion page (also linked in the footer). You don’t need to be signed in to the app.
Deletion permanently removes your account, profile, sign-in link, your Mandal membership records, the records you created (contributions, transactions, loans, interest, penalties and expenses), and your notification device tokens. If you are the sole Chairman of an active Mandal, you’ll need to transfer the Chairman role or end the Mandal first, so the group’s shared book stays correct for its other members.
Requests are processed and your data permanently deleted within 30 days.
8.Children
Mandali is a financial record-keeping app intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9.Your choices
You can edit your profile in the app, request name changes through your Mandal’s admin flow, switch languages any time, turn off notifications in system settings, and delete your account as described above. For anything else, email rathin.app2308@gmail.com.
10.Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

૧.અમે કોણ છીએ
મંડળી (“એપ”, “અમે”) એ સામુદાયિક બચત જૂથો (મંડળો) માટેનો ડિજિટલ ચોપડો છે. આ નીતિ સમજાવે છે કે એપ કઈ માહિતી એકત્ર કરે છે, શા માટે કરે છે, અને એના પર તમારો શું નિયંત્રણ છે. આ નીતિ મંડળી Android એપ અને આ વેબસાઇટને લાગુ પડે છે.
૨.અમે કઈ માહિતી એકત્ર કરીએ છીએ
- ખાતાની માહિતી: જ્યારે તમે Google થી સાઇન ઇન કરો છો, ત્યારે અમને તમારા Google ખાતામાંથી તમારું નામ, ઈમેલ સરનામું અને પ્રોફાઇલ ફોટો મળે છે. અમે તમારો Google પાસવર્ડ ક્યારેય જોતા નથી.
- તમે આપેલી પ્રોફાઇલ માહિતી: ડિસ્પ્લે નામ, સરનામું (સરનામાની લાઇનો, પિન કોડ, શહેર, રાજ્ય), અને ભાષા પસંદગી (English/ગુજરાતી) — શરૂઆતના સેટઅપ વખતે એકત્ર કરવામાં આવે છે.
- મંડળના રેકોર્ડ: તમે જે મંડળોના સભ્ય છો તેના નાણાકીય રેકોર્ડ — હપ્તા, હપ્તા ગુણક, સિક્યોરિટી ડિપોઝિટ, ઉપાડ, ઉપાડ ચૂકવણી, વ્યાજ, દંડ, ખર્ચ, ચુકવણી, જોડાવા/છોડવાની ઘટનાઓ, અને હોદ્દામાં ફેરફાર. જૂથ ચલાવવાના ભાગરૂપે આ તમારા દ્વારા અથવા તમારા મંડળના સંચાલકો દ્વારા દાખલ કરવામાં આવે છે.
- ઓફલાઇન સભ્યો વિશેના રેકોર્ડ: મંડળના સંચાલકો એવા સભ્યો ઉમેરી શકે છે જેઓ એપ વાપરતા નથી (નામ અને તેમની નાણાકીય એન્ટ્રીઓ). જો તમને ઓફલાઇન સભ્ય તરીકે નોંધવામાં આવ્યા હોય અને તમારી માહિતી સુધારવી કે દૂર કરવી હોય, તો તમારા મંડળના પ્રમુખનો સંપર્ક કરો અથવા અમને ઈમેલ કરો.
- ઉપકરણ અને સૂચના માહિતી: તમારી ભાષા પસંદગી સાથે જોડાયેલ પુશ-સૂચના ટોકન (Firebase Cloud Messaging), અને સૂચનાઓ પહોંચાડવા તથા તમને સાઇન ઇન રાખવા માટે જરૂરી મૂળભૂત ઉપકરણ માહિતી.
અમે તમારી બેંક વિગતો, કાર્ડ નંબર, કે ચુકવણી ઓળખપત્રો એકત્ર કરતા નથી. મંડળી પૈસાની હિલચાલ નોંધે છે; એ પૈસાની હેરફેર કરતી નથી.
૩.અમે માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ કેવી રીતે કરીએ છીએ
તમારા મંડળો ચલાવવા માટે (હપ્તા, વ્યાજ અને ઉપાડના સમયપત્રકની ગણતરી; સભ્યોને રીઅલ-ટાઇમમાં રેકોર્ડ સિંક કરવા), તમારી પસંદ કરેલી ભાષામાં તમે અપેક્ષા રાખો એવી સૂચનાઓ મોકલવા (ચુકવણીના સમય, ઉપાડની મંજૂરી, જોડાવાની વિનંતીઓ), માસિક PDF જેવા અહેવાલો બનાવવા, અને સહાય પૂરી પાડવા. અમે તમારા ડેટાનો ઉપયોગ જાહેરાત માટે કરતા નથી, અને એને વેચતા નથી.
૪.તમારી માહિતી કોણ જોઈ શકે છે
- તમારા મંડળના સભ્યો, હોદ્દા પ્રમાણે: સંચાલકો (પ્રમુખ, ઉપ પ્રમુખ) સંપૂર્ણ રેકોર્ડ જુએ છે; સામાન્ય સભ્યો પોતાની વિગતો અને મંજૂર કરેલા જૂથ સારાંશ જુએ છે (કેટલીક ફંડ રકમ બિન-સંચાલકો માટે છુપાવેલી હોય છે).
- સેવા પ્રદાતાઓ જે એપને હોસ્ટ કરે અને ચલાવે છે: Supabase (ડેટાબેઝ, પ્રમાણીકરણ, રીઅલ-ટાઇમ સિંક) અને Google Firebase (પુશ સૂચનાઓ). તેઓ અમારા વતી ડેટા પ્રોસેસ કરે છે અને પોતાના હેતુ માટે એનો ઉપયોગ કરતા નથી.
- કાનૂની જરૂરિયાતો: કાયદા દ્વારા જરૂરી હોય તો અમે માહિતી જાહેર કરી શકીએ છીએ.
કોઈ ત્રીજા પક્ષને માર્કેટિંગ માટે તમારો ડેટા મળતો નથી.
૫.સુરક્ષા
ડેટા ટ્રાન્ઝિટમાં એન્ક્રિપ્ટ થયેલ છે (TLS). સર્વર બાજુની ઍક્સેસ row-level security થી મર્યાદિત છે જેથી સભ્યો ફક્ત પોતાના મંડળો સુધી જ પહોંચી શકે. તમારા ઉપકરણ પરનું એપનું સ્થાનિક કેશ એન્ક્રિપ્ટ થયેલ છે. કોઈ સિસ્ટમ સંપૂર્ણપણે સુરક્ષિત નથી, પણ એપ એ રીતે બનાવેલ છે કે ખોવાયેલો ફોન કે અજાણ્યાનું ખાતું તમારા મંડળનો ચોપડો ખુલ્લો ન કરે.
૬.ડેટા જાળવણી
તમારો ડેટા ત્યાં સુધી રાખવામાં આવે છે જ્યાં સુધી તમારું ખાતું સક્રિય છે અને તમારા મંડળો ચાલુ છે. જ્યારે એપમાં મંડળ ઔપચારિક રીતે પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવે, ત્યારે એના રેકોર્ડ છેલ્લી ચુકવણી પ્રક્રિયા પૂરી થયા પછી કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે.
અહીં તમારી ખરી વર્તણૂક જણાવો — દા.ત. પૂર્ણ થયેલા મંડળનો ડેટા તરત જ કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે કે N દિવસ પછી. (TODO_CONFIRM)૭.તમારું ખાતું અને ડેટા કાઢી નાખવો
તમે તમારું મંડળી ખાતું આ રીતે કાઢી શકો છો:
- એપમાં: પ્રોફાઇલ → ખાતું કાઢી નાખો, અથવા
- વેબ પરથી: અમારા ખાતું કાઢી નાખવાના પેજ દ્વારા (ફૂટરમાં લિંક), જો તમે એપ ઍક્સેસ ન કરી શકો.
કાઢી નાખવાથી તમારું ખાતું, પ્રોફાઇલ, સાઇન-ઇન લિંક અને સૂચના ટોકન દૂર થાય છે. મંડળનો ચોપડો એના બધા સભ્યોનો વહેંચાયેલો નાણાકીય રેકોર્ડ હોવાથી, તમને લગતી વ્યવહાર એન્ટ્રીઓ જૂથના રેકોર્ડમાં જાળવી રાખવામાં આવી શકે છે TODO_CONFIRM: અથવા “અનામી કરવામાં આવે છે” જેથી બીજા સભ્યોના ચોપડા સાચા રહે — Google Play ની User Data નીતિ હેઠળ કાયદેસર હેતુઓ માટે માન્ય છે એ મુજબ.
ખાતરી કરો કે આ એપની ખરી ડિલીટ વર્તણૂક સાથે મળે છે, અને ડિલીટ થવામાં કેટલો સમય લાગે છે એ જણાવો (દા.ત. તરત જ / ૩૦ દિવસ સુધી). (TODO_CONFIRM)૮.બાળકો
મંડળી પુખ્ત વયના (18+) લોકો માટેની નાણાકીય રેકોર્ડ-કીપિંગ એપ છે. અમે જાણીજોઈને બાળકો પાસેથી ડેટા એકત્ર કરતા નથી.
૯.તમારી પસંદગીઓ
તમે એપમાં તમારી પ્રોફાઇલ સંપાદિત કરી શકો છો, તમારા મંડળના સંચાલક પ્રક્રિયા દ્વારા નામ બદલવાની વિનંતી કરી શકો છો, ગમે ત્યારે ભાષા બદલી શકો છો, સિસ્ટમ સેટિંગ્સમાં સૂચનાઓ બંધ કરી શકો છો, અને ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબ તમારું ખાતું કાઢી શકો છો. બીજા કોઈ પણ માટે, rathin.app2308@gmail.com પર ઈમેલ કરો.
૧૦.આ નીતિમાં ફેરફાર
જો અમે મહત્વપૂર્ણ ફેરફાર કરીશું, તો અમે આ પેજ પર અમલમાં આવ્યાની તારીખ અપડેટ કરીશું અને, જ્યાં યોગ્ય હોય ત્યાં, એપમાં તમને જાણ કરીશું.
